[size=1em]Hi all im a new member and new rider [/size]

[size=1em]Used to ride when younger, not legal and mainly off road.[/size]
[size=1em]I passed direct access in Nov on a 4 day course (not the best time of year to do it [/size] :'( ) thought I would be sensible and go small for a first bike so bought a 1989 CBR400RR NC23 but I was a bit to big for it and it turned ya into hooligan! full chat everywhere lol.[size=1em]...So when looking for something else decided on a bit more comfort/torque and got a 2011 FZ8.[/size][size=1em]Here are the mods so far and a few pics. Hi All,


The Whitstable Egg Run is on Sunday 2nd April.


It goes from the Gorrell Tank Car Park in Whitstable to Orchard School, Canterbury.


The main leaving time is 2.00pm and I normally get there for around 1.00 for some fishes and chippys


All you need do is bring yourself and an easter egg.


Anyone fancy it?

Wanted: FZS1000 2003-on Speedo inlay OEM, UK spec  ...That's just the bit which has the mph/kph etc printed on it.

Right I'm on it now, weathers improving and I've some long ride outs planned so I need to get myself some handle bar risers.

If any one has a decent set lying about they don't need/want then give me a knock.

Hello fellow foccers...
As you or may not be aware I've sold my fazer and now moving on to pastures new.
I'd like to thank you all very much for your help on my bike and a few personal issues I've shared with you over the last two years of ownership of my faithful steed.
But as said, time to move on and I've now bought a Pan European from a private seller a way down in London.
Getting it was a deal in itself, train journey down and ride the bike back, blown all over the road with the start of this storm that's just starting.
A big special thank you goes out to celticdog, who let me stay at his place on the way home to catch up on some sleep, sandwiches and coffee All very much appreciated and hope I can return the favour someday.
I'll keep in touch with the forum now and then as I've still got a few things lying around that may be of use to someone

Afternoon

Due to some corrosion and damage done by a motorcycle shop, I am in need of a Rear Wheel.  I would like one in Good or better condition, would prefer the original satin black but open to other solutions.

Found a brand new rear on ebay, sorted.

I just had a new set of tyres fitted to my 01 FZS600 Fazer and i can hear a rubbing from the front? Sounds like the mudguard is rubbing but cannot see any contact upon inspection. These tyres are listed as the correct size so unsure of what could be rubbing. Anyone had similar issues?
Going to swing by the mechanic that installed the tyres and see if they can help.


Tyres are 110/70/17 and 160/60/17 Michelin PR3.

Just a bit of fun. Chuck in your bike's flywheel power i.e. 96Bhp FZS600 then chuck in your weight and it gives BHP/Ton with or without your arse on it.


Reckon the "Racing Snake" as Tomski put it will win this one  :lol


I got 327 Bhp/Ton with my arse on the bike
