Looks a bit iffy to me but I could be wrong...

Hello Foccer's, after my recent bad experience with a set of PR 3's I have now noticed a grooved line right round the centre of both my new BT 023's. Does any one know what this is or what causes it  or if it's anything to worry about ?

I was fitting the back wheel back in bike, and was giving the spindle some 'encouragement' to gerrinthereyerbastid. Only after the 3rd tap did i get a little chirrup of complaint from the motion sensor. Dropped it off the centrestand, nada! Put the sidestand down and then it got all exciteable.
So it seems that a thief could remove my wheels, and rock it off the centrestand and possibly wheel it off without the alarm going off.

Hi folks,am new on here, Am davie and i ride a '05 Fazer 1000,which is fitted with a kliktronic gearchanger,as i lost my left leg in a bike accident in dec. '07. Am wondering if anyone can tell me at what interval,milage wise,, should the camchain tensioner be changed ? I hav no service details about my bike, and dont know when or if its been done ! many thanx    ps forgot to mention it has 20680mls on clock !

Few areas of my frame need attention, anyone found a good match to the original paint@?

Hey guys,

Got a set of spark plugs sitting on my shelf, bought a set of NGKs before my ninja got stolen, but just wondered if they might be the same for the FZS 1000, and I'll get them popped in? They've got on them: CR9EIX
will keep nosing on the internet to see if I can find this out online!

Also, how sensitive are these bikes to carb balancing? It's coming up to 20k miles so I'll be doing a mini service:
New plugs
Carbs balanced
Engine oil and filter change
Air filter clean (may swap to a K&N, not for power but more that its reusable?)
New brake fluid (hopefully braided hoses)
Want to fit a scottoiler, money allowing
General check of hoses and cables
Check and greasing of bearings and pivot points

What wasn't reported was that its happened to him 4 times now

Hiya Folks,
A newbie here, just bought me first Fazer,last bike was a zzr 600, but due to age (mine ) and aching joints she's got to go, always liked the Fazer so now I've got one, 2001, 600. Got her today (Monday 30th),spent most of the day fettling her up , no doubt I'll be on here asking questions, so stand by.
