ok guys how come I can paste text from clipboard when reply box is empty.

but as soon as there is something in the reply box, I don't get the paste option in my right click menu

I tried using quote but that just sticks codes in for me to paste text between.

I like the quote that safety shouldn't be the only issue when setting speed limits. :eek
