Hi all, some advice is required from all you knowledgeable people out there. I was about 20mins into my journey when I had to stop in traffic. I put my 2004 fz6 into neutral and then it stalled. When I started it again it stalled. The only way I could keep it running was to keep the throttle open slightly and keep the revs up. If I let it back on tick over then it would stall again. I must say that it always started again.
Could it be that I've over filled the tank as it does seem a fueling issue. Any help great fully appreciated. :'(

handguards ?
Been toying with this idea and since the last couple of weekend ride-outs have made my hands cold in about 40 minutes (refuse to wear all the thick Winter clobber just yet)
I wonder firstly, how effective they are and how much they do or don't suit a Gen 1 Fazer...
Seen some LED jobs on ebay for about £30-40, dunno how you are meant to tidily hide the wiring though, but for argument's sake, any guards will do for pics.

Im lookin to remove the downpipes. Id prefere to heat the nuts beforehand to try and avoid shearing a couple off.
Which king of blowtorch would be best for small intricate work, powerfull enough & not cost the earth?

| clunking chain... |

hi all,
noticed that since adjusting the chain for the first time since owning, (it was very slack, about 10cm of play), that there is a strange clunking coming from near the front sprocket, it only seems to do it on pulling off / at slow engine speeds (or its too loud at speed to hear it).
Any suggestions on what it could be? I checked the chain again today and it needed adjusting, so thats going to need changing, I'm just hoping the clunking isn't anything serious. Is there a bearing on the sprocket that could have gone?!
Thanks for your comments
