I'm James, 35yrs old from East Suffolk... Had a fazer for ooh, a whole 3 weeks now and loving every mile so far!


Been riding about 16months after passing CBT then DAS within a month of each other and spent the last year on a 1979 Suzuki GS550E.


I work as an EMT in Felixstowe, been so for 12yrs.


The bike itself is a 2002 600, in yellow with black trim, 14k and is standard other than a belly pan and hugger.

hi guys dose any one know of a easy way to get a exhuast stud out , its not broken as such cos someone put a


bolt in and the head broke off  ? :'(

Hello foccer's, came back from a little sunday blast today and as I negotiated my slippery path the front slipped out from me and had to gently lay the bike down and stepped off. No damage done, thanks to the crash bobbins but on turning on the ignition rev counter flicked to 9k. Started alright and didn't do it again. So am I right in assuming it was the tilt sensor and will it need resetting at all, or have I got away with it ? Thanks peeps.

ive streetfightered my fz6 , but clocks look crap ,, are digi speedos any good ?

right guys im looking into getting prices for rear suspension on my fz6 2005 fazer looked at ohlins and all i can say is :'( nitron is a possiability but hagon looks cheap seen a offspin of WP suspension called yacuca just waiting for pricing anyone have any ideas where i can have a chat about shocks etc thats nearby doncaster
Also the front forks seem to bounce off bumps with quite a bit of force not very pliable does the springs need upgrading as well as oil also seen the preload adjuster on ebay is it worthwhile  or should i go for a r6 fork upgrade ???

Is there any one out there who does metal polishing to earn a few quid? And possibly know or can suggest what polishes up well on the FZS 600? 

Mate of mine selling his gen1 1000 he is a motorcycle mechanic and mot tester so as you can imagine the bike is spot on.

anyone have a shabby virago to do up for a friend of mine? she has very little cash, she's only 4'8" but she's very pretty.

Does anyone know if the silver spot front calipers from a FZ1N fit a 2003  FZS600?  (don't ask!!!!! ) LOL

Has anyone on here actually done this?I am just about to embark on this modification and would be interested to hear how you went about the headlight wiring as the two looms are completely different as are the fitments in the back of the headlight.The rest of it I'm happy with but  electrics are not my strong point.I would be grateful for any information.Thanks.
