Hello every one,
Thought I'd introduce myself seeing as I've just registered. I'm from the far north of Scotland, am up for my Mod 1 test this morning. I have a 61 plate Lifan Apollo 125 (my learner) and also have just purchased a Y reg Yamaha Fazer 600 with 18,000 miles on the clock off the back of a great recommendation from my instructor. I'm itching to get through my tests and get on the open road with my Fazer! So far on my Lifan which I have had for about 2 months I've changed a snapped speedo cable, replaced a burst headlight bulb, changed a burst tyre and now have contact issued with the ignition barrel...... so far on the Fazer I have drooled on it.
This bike carry on is very addictive isn't it!
II look forward to getting the banter with you guys on here and already have a question for you all..... Has anyone fitted a belly pan to a Mk1 fazer and if so, are there any pictures on here?
Cheers,
Ryan.

Here we have my Tamiya that I spent far too much money on.
It was originally a R34 drift kit but it went a bit further than that.
It's had countless upgrades, I don't really want to add them up. It's running a brushless motor (original supplied) and mostly alloy parts.
The Nissan shell has pretty much been a shelf queen, it has working lights front and back. The Scooby shell was my "basher", but in honesty it's not very bashed at all.
It comes with the original wheels with used drift tyres, plus some real alloy wheels. One of which may be buckled, I can't remember.
Please see photos for details, I'm not listing it all.
Please note, it comes with a battery and a charger but I can't guarantee they work. radio gear included.
I told myself I'd never sell, as it'd never be worth it. However, I could do with the money...

Anyone have idea what size they are? I don't have the time to order them from the internet, so its to B&Q again to dig around in their Nuts & Bolts aisle and be confused for about a half hour :rolleyes
I think the closest match is probably M10x50mm ? Can anyone confirm?

I have just moved into this village and now the locals say there is ascarecrow competition , they have to be displated by Monday, next.
The theme of the characters is TV / Film..
Any ideas ?
I did think of a Jimmy Saville one,, that might not frighten the crows but sure will scare the shit out of the local kids, lol :lol

Been trying to find an old post about a good tool for riveting a new cam chain -never needed one in the past I've been fortunate enough to have the guides on the 'outside' of bikes not slap down the middle! Anyway I've now given up with the search so what does everyone recommend?

Aaaaagh!! The sun's out, it's hot! The ice caps will melt, the Gulfstream will "switch off", we'll be plunged into an arctic wasteland and there'll be no more biking! :lol
