anyone breaking a fazer 5dm 1998/99 can you please pm me i have been trying to get deefer for a few weeks now with no joy or can anyone give me any other way of getting in touch with him need a few bits to get my bike on the road before the summer is gone

My Motobatt has failed on me, I've only had it for about two years.

After looking around I found the Powerline batteries for £30 and the CCA is higher than Motobatt at 190.

Anybody tried them?

I am wanting to get a windscreen for my trip to Germany, ive been looking at a few double bubble screens and a few touring ones

I believe the touring ones offer the most protection, but I don't want something that looks cr*p, but then again I don't want to get one that doesn't offer much wind protection

I think the MRA and Puig look like they offer the best wind protection, but cant be sure.

Does anyone have any of these screens or have had one in the past? Or can anyone offer any other suggestions?

I believe a persons height can affect it, so im about 6ft it that's of any use!

Went to demo some machinery to a man called Robert Dunlop, Not 'the Robert Dunlop, he's dead, but a relation which got us talking. Some of you may know that one of the many pies that I used to have my fingers in was the design of race graphics for cars and bikes... Robert Dunlop's Crossan race bike being on them.

Anyway Robert runs a company called Final Lap http://www.finallap.net/Default.aspx

This place is a museum of F1 and motorsport. I spent over an hour talking to him and riffling through bits on a job that should have taken 10 minutes.

Hi Not long in after a blast on my FZ1. Forgot to use my ear plugs. Anyway I am getting clunking/rattle coming from the under the engine?  I have had a look nothing seems to be adrift or slack. To be honest sounds more internal and possibly around the clutch area. Any ideas as I am new to the FZ1, could it be the clutch plates/basket/ There is no loud clunk when changing or engaging gear. When on a smooth road surface it is quiet. It is not affecting the performance of the bike just annoying especially over rougher road surfaces, really noticable when going over say a speed hump. Maybe the center stand has a weak spring?

It came up in a Facebook Pisstake today. Do we have a Club Anthem I said we didn't but if we did it should be Cee Lo Green's "Fuck You" ( F.O.C-U ). Anyone else have a better suggestion?
