Hi fonts of all knowledge,
Just bought a discounted Garmin Zumo from Aldi. Where would be the best and easiest point to hook up to a switched live. Had been under the misapprehension that one side of the horn was the place, but that's not so. Thanks in advance wise ones.
Since fitting the small led bulbs into my clocks, I have noticed the slightest of glows from the neutral warning lamp when the bike is n gear. The glow is very weak but nevertheless there. The light illuminates normally when in neutral.
I'm guessing the switch is allowing the smallest amount of current to pass.
Any thoughts other than the switch?
Bought this for another foccer who sadly no longer posts........600 seat from a boxeye but I think it fits a foxeye aswell.a couple of minor marks and seat base is just starting to break through the cover, bought at the same time, a roll of waterproof black vinyl, enough to cover two seats....was going to rework the seat for another foccer but best laid plans and all that, time to pass it on to someone who can make use of it......best half decent offer buys it.....perfer collection or I could meet halfway......JCT4 M40 HP13
Having a clear out and found this, came off a 600 boxeye but I think it fits a foxeye aswell.....good condition with no rips or tears....first half decent offer buys it......perfer collection or I could meet half way.....JCT 4 M 40 , HP13
So went to went about getting some quotes for my m/c ins -
# Again found the bloody premiums have gone up yet again - but not just a little but massively
# I can't get multi-bike any more, I have to have a per bike policy.
# Don't get a reason for why the underwriters wont insure me.
# I used to have fully comp for years, but the rising prices have knocked that on the head.
I have over 9yrs no claims (actually 15, but who's counting), I am over 40, I work in a safe industry, I live in a safe low risk area, both bikes are old 2005/6, the last accident was non-fault back in 2013-

Hi there,
Is there anyone about in the Wakefield/Leeds area that might be able to help out with balancing my carbs? I don't have the tools to do it myself (or any idea how to for that matter) and I don't have the budget for the garage right now but from all I've read here it could may well be the solution to my general lumpiness. Thought it had to be worth a try, if I didn't ask I'd never know. (There's a cat in a box somewhere thinks I'm a fool)
Cheers.
Chris
