Hi guys,
I have checked my valve clearances and find I need the following shims:
175 x 2
178 x 1
180 x 3
182 x 1
I do not know what size shims are available . The sizes above are for exhaust and put me mid range.
I am happy to swop, I have shim sizes 199 down to 184. When I have the shims I need I am happy to give away my spares.
Thanks

Looking for an 02/03 tank only, 22 litre type, for my 600, not fussed about colour or MINOR dents and scratches as i'll have it resprayed anyway, but i do want the fittings underneath, ie: fuel tap, fuel level gadget, etc. I'll fit my own fuel cap so that's not really needed.
And obviously no leaks please.
Thanks, D.

So my radiator on this thou i recently bought, i took it off and its in a terrible state, mainly the areas where the bolts that hold the fan on and the grill on locate....
I may be able to do without the grill screws as a new cover may attach to the sides but need to look, anyway, anyone used one of these
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Radiator-Cooli...2135550568
Might be easier all round replacing it..

ok, was a member of this forum, not cannot get back into my old login due to forgetting the password and changing emails addresses
anyway
I have a 2001 600 FZS Fazer S which has ODE, Trip 1, Trip 2 and clock.
ODE always work, currently at 39450 (owned her since 25k) but the trips will always reset to Zero and the clock will always read 1:00 and then begin to work as you use the bike.
Decided to take teh clock apart today as wondered if it had a battery in here to keep power but did not locate one so at a loss to where to look.
Cheers

Bad bits:
Some small scuffs and marks around bike, as well as typical engine casings paint peeled off in small bits. See pics.
Some pitting on forks, but above maximum compression. Has remained same as when bought due to bike doing mostly dry miles and being garaged every night.
Only one key and working fob for alarm. The key has a fob but have never gotten round to replacing battery or testing it.
No standard tool kit.
No official/ formal service history (though some MOTs and tax discs from before I owned it present).[/size]

Hi All,
so off to Spain in a couple of weeks and need to tape up the head light for riding on the right. Does anyone have a template for where I need to tape it up / pictures of where you tape up before I resort to waiting for it to go dark and covering a light at a time and shining it on the garage door?
Gen 1 thou.
cheers
Markie
