Hi, I have bought a 1999 FZS 600 and it seems quite low down. I'm suspecting that the rear suspension rods have been swapped for shorter to lower the ride height. Does anybody know the length that they should be as standard (end to end)Thanks

my dad was using my new fzs to commute and got taken out by a drunk driver....
needs a set of forks as his where bent, anyone got a cheap set?

Thursday evening, jumped on bike and left work, went he same way home I always do, pulling up to a slight hill and let a car out of a petrol station on the right, went to set off and the back when span up, grabbed and chucked me off, threw me up and I landed on my shoulder breaking my collar bone! Further inspection afterwards proved to be diesel on the road

Hi Guys and Gals
Just joined as I'm giving serious consideration to buying an S2 Fazer and just wanted to milk the forum for the usual research pre purchase.
I've had a fair few Fazer, loop gen 1 and 2 1000'see and an Fzs 600 carbed model too but never the S2 model. I'm sure it will be an excellent machine as we're all the others, really just checking most popular mods and common issues really.
Look forward to meeting forum members and hearing your opinions.

Ok so for me to be able to shift my weight about/arse off etc I need to be away from the tank, however if I have say a fist distance between my groin and the tank it feels like I'm stretching To reach the bars ?! Is this to do with the pegs?

What's the longest journey/tour/time away you've spent on your Fazer?
I've got a trip to Morocco coming up next year, and was thinking I could do it on the Fazer!!
