evening all,
Decided to tackle the servicing myself, plugs,oil change,coolant change etc.I have removed the radiator to get rid of th AIS system as well.Problem with that,but that's in another post.
Problem is I can't get the bloody spark plugs out, I've unscrewed no1 with Halfords spark plug remover with the rubber bit inside,but it's just not pulling the plug out.Ive heard the plug wrench from the toolkit works well,but I don't have one.Does anyone have one I could buy or borrow.
Or does anyone have a better idea, access is easy with radiator and AIS removed.

Hi all,
I've just removed my AIS system and I'm using the Holeshot Caps from the USA..3 of the caps fitted fine,but 1 of them won't fit.its definetly the cap as I tried it on all 4 header posts and it wouldn't fit on any..
Any suggestions out there..?? Maybe rubbing the inside down a bit,if so what's best,think there made of aluminium..

So.......... 2002 fzs1000, I'm going hydraulic on the clutch and need to know how much the clutch arm moves in order for the clutch to work correctly? Does anyone know? Thanks in advance!!!

Hi
Just a bit of help please, the small pipe from the side of the thermostat where does that go? i have just refitted my engine and cannot seem to find where it should fit :o
