Hiya guys,
As title says has anyone tried the Barkbuster BBZ Handguards - multi fit. They seem a really good buy these and will probably do the job for the Fazer 600 and others. Not the best looking but will only take a couple of minutes to fit and take off for summer use. Not bothered what they look like providing they do the job Spring and Autumn.

Looking forwards to learning more about tips and things on here.

Shall we say all in the lew600fazer house hold has been strained for sometime now. I came back from the Dechetterie (dump) and my wonderful wife has a face on her like well smacked arse.
She kicks off , I am sick of you getting speeding tickets, from now on I will do the driving. 58kph in a 50 zone 26th January, so €90 fine.
Must admit I have had one or two since I left the UK for Spain and latterly France. So I gets to thinking and asks her check the Calendar was the 26th a Thursday ? yes she says. well I took a fit of laughing, what's so fucking funny she says. Well you can deal with this one as I was out on my bike on that Thursday, Yes I fucking know you where!!!, Check the ticket dear you were in Bordeaux and it is the car reg number on the ticket not the bike.
It is worth paying the fine because the look on her face was a picture, :lol
im restoring my 99 Fazer, everything is going to plan, i have one missing link, decent silicone hoses. I cannot find anybody that makes a kit for the mk1 fazy, i got in touch with Samco Sport. A nice chap let me know that if could get the interest of 25 people they would consider making a kit.
so anybody interested?
Hi all.
Well I'm looking at changing the bar's on my fz6 05 plate to a set of ultra low renthal's, but remember reading somewhere that I would need some slight modifications. Do any fz1 bars fit as they look like they are flat bars?
Spent a couple of wasted hours Saturday sorting out insurance on my bikes. I informed insurance about aftermarket end can F.F.S went down hill from there.
They needed informing about hand guards, heated grips, comfort seat, fender extender on and on. In the end I decided against multi policy as it was doing my head in. At one stage they wanted to raise my insurance by a whopping margin after some discussion and the threat to go else where it dropped again.
Any way Fazer arrives this Friday it is now taxed and insured ready to go happy days. I had to start a fresh no claims bonus policy on the Fazer due to the hassle with the KTM. I informed the new insurance about the heated grips and fender extender on the Fazer. The annoying thing is it makes you not want to trick your bike up. But if you don't they will wriggle out of paying you out somewhere.
hi guys, ive surfaced again
well my 600 fazer arrived in perth wa last week... now I need a little advice here.... my tyres are a bit borderline and the bike needs to go over the pits to be certified here, then I can apply for rego.
I'm trying to find tyres for the bike... 110/70/17 front seems to be a problem to source.
so, could I get away with 120/60/17 ? or 110/80/17? ... dunno if that would handle well?
or where to source tyres in wa or aus, either online or in store.
anyway... for the poms in the uk... its around 30c here and lovely and sunny... down side... cant use my bike yet.
