Hi
I am looking at getting a FZ6 S2 but after hours of searching I cannot seem to see anywhere to run a chain through the frame of a FZ6 for security.
is it possible to run either a 16mm or 19mm chain through the bike so that the whole bike can be secured rather than just chaining up the wheel?
or does the anti pinch pins fit through anywhere? and if so what size is required?

After picking up my Fazer last Wednesday, todays been the first chance Ive had to start having a proper poke around it. So, after getting rid of some of the anodized blue bits fitted by a previous owner (on a gold bike? really?), I took the seat off to have a look underneath. No tool kit, but my tool roll fits in fine, with my disc lock and sidestand puck. Noticed its had a datatool evo alarm fitted, as the control box is still there and looks to be still connected, although I dont have the fobs for it. Theres also 2 mystery connectors under the seat, anyone know what theyre for?

Next job is to get rid of the blue screen, once Ive decided what type I want to replace it with.

Last night was first time I tried the centre stand on my Fazer, needed wheels off to fit tyres!!
I thought it was me (5ft7 but medium build) but my 6ft 2 son also struggled to get it up onto the centre stand?
Are they all like this? I may have to get a set of weights and bench Lol

Tightening Top Yoke Nut |

Can anyone suggest a sure fire method of tightening the yoke nut in such a way that it doesn't put a slight twist on the top yoke leaving you with a skewed handlebar? I'm on my third 're-tighten' since replacing head bearings and I've nearly got it straight but it's still tipped to the right a bit, obviously pulled round by the tightening torque. It's not a disaster, just annoying.
I'll get it right sooner or later but my method of deliberately skewing the handlebars to the left before tightening is a bit crude. Has anyone got a better method?
