Which size push rivets are used to hold in the panel that goes around the seat, both mine are missing ?

I've got a radiator cover that I thought would fit my FZS600, but it doesn't.  I'm trying to work out what Fazer it's for, apparently it doesn't fit the Thou or the 8 so I'm hoping it's for the FZ6.


Could someone measure their radiator and in particular the distance between the 2 screws on the guard on either side?

It’s a 2003 fazer 600 I stripped it for painting and I’m now in the process of putting it back together, but one of the exhaust header studs has stripped and can’t get a stud extractor on it because it’s too tight a gap.... but the main issue is


When I turn the ignition on there’s a clicking coming from the fuel pump area.... it stops after a few seconds if I then fire the bike up it carries on clicking the whole time the bike is running, none of this was happening before I stripped it ? any help would be massively appreciated

As spring slowly approaches I’m looking to swap my FZS600 headlights (with burnt-out reflectors) with one from the FZS400. It came from eBay with its wiring that connected to its original harness. The question is, will I be able  to ‘plug’ them straight in, or would I be best doing the headlight mod to get both dipped beams on together? Any advice would be much appreciated.  :rolleyes

Selling good used Puig dark smoke screen as no longer have bike. summer use only may fit fz1 as well. worked well for me. 5ft 9 " rider £50. postage £6 uk uninsured .. £11 insured.

Am I right in thinking (poor memory, and its too cold to go out and check) the top yoke nut is M22 x1mm

Hello all. I am looking for a clutch basket to fit and 2001 fzs 600 as I have managed to snap off one of the threads while removing the clutch.  :o

My '98 600 is now for sale.
Located in South Yorkshire.
Price is £600


It has 97225 miles on it and has been used each day.
has some faded paintwork and a cracked fairing.
Scuffs to engine cases.
Some bubbling under fork wraps
some valve noise.


MOT to September and passed last one with no advisories having had head bearings replaced previously.


Chain & Sprockets are good and the Michelin PR3 tyres still have mileage in them.
