My front brakes on my 2003 fzs600 are sticking, it's only done 8,000 miles from new. I've just wound pistons back in.re fitted. And there still binding .is it worth talking the caliper off, pulling pistons out, lightly cleaning and re fitting, WITHOUT, buying a new seal kit, which are quite expensive for both sides, if buying genuine. I've heard using 1500 grit sandpaper on pistons, and leaving old brake & dust seals in. Then just refit nice clean pistons. Any thoughts , anyone ?????

Hello all
Have bought an FZ1 2003 with 125000 miles on it. Keep telling myself that there's one in the US with 256000 miles on it :eek .
I bought it because it was cheap and haven't heard anything negative said about them.
Going for an MOT tomorrow!
It's been dropped at some point but is in reasonable condition. I'll be looking at removing the air injection gubbins and would like to Ivans it.
Anyone else got a miley fazer?

Hi people, my trustee fazer fzs 600 '03' conked out then restarted, I sped home at 80 mph, it felt funny at low speed like it was only firing on three cylinders but I cant be sure. I stuck it in the garage made dinner, came back out to fire it up and it wont start. It turns over ok but wont fire up, like theres no petrol getting through and now there a big puddle of petrol on the garage floor. It'scoming out of the rubber pipe on to the center stand. Any ideas anyone?
Really greatful for any tips as I am very crap at mechanics but also very poor, the only time I'm really happy is on my bike. Damn! sob sob sob..... :'( :'(

Anyone have a clue why my rear tail lights have suddenly stopped working, we have no tail lights or break lights using either break light switch. They have been working up to now with brand new bulbs fitted 2 days ago, I have also checked the bulbs and they do work. This is related to an issue I have had with the front lights which I believe has been subject to a faulty gear switch, how ever I have not yet bought this but all tests have proven so far that switch is the issue.
Does this switch have any dealings with the rear light power?
All fuses checked and ok, what else is there to be checked?
I can not read a wiring diagram, how ever I am handy with a fuel can and match so if there are any suggestions lmao.
