They've released the provisional grids for all three Moto classes now.
Interested to see what happens with the CRT teams, always liked James Ellison so be good if he can make a decent go with the Aprillia.
Saying that, Edwards is my choice for top CRT rider, hope he can manage to beat a couple of the satellite boys on his way too.
Looks like the MOTO 2 will be the one to watch though, Bradley still remains me favourite in there of the Brits, dunno what it is about Redding but something just grates.
Nice to see a lot of the old (if you can call pubescent riders old) 125 boys moving up to.
Hoping Nico Terol can pull something tasty out the bag this season, a second place to Smith would be ideal.
:rollin
Holding judgement on the Moto3, although Vinãles will be getting my vote, talented wee prick.
Not sure about both the Dannys if I'm honest, shame Taylor Mac has gone to BSS, although I'm sure he'll do well wherever he is.
Be nice to see him on Moto2 in couple of years, but suppose supersport didn't do Gino Rea or Crutchlow any harm.

Hello,
My name is Bob i'm from Gosport, Hampshire.
I was on the old site but have not been on the forum for a few years. Have got a 1998 FZS 600 red, which I use for teaching CBT's on as it makes the prefect bike for the job. This is not my first fazer I have had a 99 FZS600 Gold, 01 FZS600 Blue and 05 FZ6 Fazer Black. I have been riding for 14 years and also have a Suzuki GSXR750 K7 as a toy.

Anyone else think that Yamaha were pretty sneaky?
They whacked their prices up loads so other manufacturers could put theirs up, and still not be the most expensive.
Now they've dropped them and seem to be undercutting everything :eek
Sneaky...

Hi!
I'm a fairly new rider, only been riding for 6 months and passed my Mod 2 yesterday (Still don't think the buzz has worn off). Looking at buying my first big bike after my current CG125 and very interesting in the post 2003 FZ6s. In short, soon enough I hope to be visiting this website a lot more often!

New FZ1S Owner. |

Hi There Everyone,
I have just become a new owner of an FZ1S (2006 model), after accidently trashing my BMW R1100R!
My previous bikes to that had been a Diversion XJR600S then XJR600N.
The two Diversion 600's whilst nice bikes, in hindsight seemed to be 'top-heavy'; which I only really thought about after changing to the BMW.
I found the BMW to be a great bike to ride, and although a bit of a luxury for commuting to London, would not have considered changing it, so I was soul destroyed and mortified when I dropped it and 'KILLED' it... it was an old friend and like loosing a member of the family!!
This twist of fate however would now appear to have turned out for the good, as due to present finances I could not afford to or had even thought of changing the BMW.
So now, not wanting to be totally without a motorcycle... and after only a little research, I have found myself to be the new 'proud' owner of a 2006 model Yamaha FZ1S, purchased from A2 motorcycles in Gravesend!
I have only done about 200 miles on it so far, but am already very impressed at it's performance.
So whilst it's early days yet, I have a very good feeling that by accidently 'trashing' my BMW, I may very now be better off with the FZ1S... every cloud (in this case) may well have a silver lining!
Mike T.
