Hi all,

One of the bleed nipples broke off my rear calliper. I want to sort it out but want to get a second calliper first incase it goes all wrong. The only problem is I can't find one any where. The bike is a 53 plate fzs. Anyone know if the rear caliper is a blue spot as standard? And is there any other bike models with same caliper so I can widen my search?

i have spent part of today trying to remove my downpipes,the bike has done 70k and there was not much in the way of nuts left,the only reconisable nut was on the left side downpipe,and the only downpipe that is not rotted to hell.the inner nut was very corroded though.the problem im having is the downpipes are well and truely stuck in the head (well 3 of them are) the rust has swelled then in there.

Chance of a couple of weekend tickets for BSB at brands hatch, the 4 day ticket sells for £31 online, friend of mine got them as a pressy but cant go now , was wondering if anyone would be interested, will get a price from him tomorrow, hopefully a wee bargain for someone.......posted just to see what kind of response there would be and of course it would be first to reply to the price when I get it, gets the tickets....

I have an '03 600, parked next to a field where i was playing football with some mates last night.
The key must have fallen out of my pocket at some point, lost the light as we played till sun set. Tried with a torch but no luck.


I dont want to break the steering lock with force or drill/screw driver the locks if i can help it.


I need to move it, i dont think its safe where it is. I'm thinking of pushing it as far as i can, then turning it on the centre stand and pushing it as far as i can again. At least till i can chain it to something solid and its under a street light somewhere.


Does anyone think i could drag it backwards with the front locked up? or even lift the front end and roll it on the rear? With help obviously.


Going back up tonight to have a proper look, going to systematically grid search rather than random walking round.
