Well I turned the engine over and got called away with the engine idling and came
back a bit later to find boiling coolant pissing everywhere the engine was still running
what's the change I've done any serious damage to the bike? I'd been planning on
riding it back to Aberdeen from Glasgow tonight, but I am not sure if its a good idea
or if I should take the other bike which isn't in great shape either ... it's been one of
those days.

Hi peeps, been looking at new lids and keep going to the Shoei 1100xr. Can anyone on here who owns one or has owned one give me the lowdown on the good and bad points on these helmets please.

Got my bike out this morning and found a nail in the tyre , pulled it out and down it went. As the tyre has only done about 1000miles what are my options? Dealer repair? are the DIY repair kits any good? are they safe? The nail was about 20/30mm from the edge of the tyre so I'm suspecting a repair should be ok but...... :\
