Well, yesterday it was - a year since we moved from Yuku. We've had server issues and lost some old members (notably Lum ) however the club seems more lively, we're getting more new members and the daily postcount has risen from about 50 to well over 100.

Well done to you all for adapting to the new site and getting through the first year niggles. I'm sure that given some decent weather the coming year will be even better

I'll have to fill up again on Friday and that will mean that I've spent over £170 on fuel in one month!!! And that's purely "Fun Fuel", not commuting. Truth is, I just can't afford to spend that every month.


On top of that, I always end up spending more when I'm out on the bike because I go to places and become a tourist every weekend :lol .  I guess I need to stay in more or get a 125  :'(


Is anyone else feeling the fuel-pinch?

just accepted a new job that is a 70 mile round trip per day and was thinking of using the fazer in the spring /summer to get there but because its only 600 cc i was thinking that it wouldnt be up to the job -even tho its only done 25 k and regularly serviced.
does anyone else commute on their bike this distance in the good weather ?- i know its only 70 miles per day but that would be 5 days per week (weather permitting )
perhaps we should have a sticky thread on here stating how many miles our bikes have done and if they are on first engines

hi my better halve hasgot some really comfy black leathers that have got shiny and grey lines in them what can i use to renew them whilst there not been used through winter 

hi all just wondering since i put new plugs in the fazer its bloody quick ,for instance when i pulled away at the lights a bit up the revs the front end got light so much so that i got a fright and let off the throttle do they all do this or is my bike special ,in Ireland these bikes are learner legal and pretty cheap to insure ,im not complaining its great to have a fairly quick bike but i was just wondering

I need a new boiler (combi)( 3bed bungalow )
When considering spending best part of £2k need to know if I'm doing right.
I'm out of my depht here so can you help?
Have been offered by local Guy, fully fitted,  an  Ideal Logic + 24 kw Boiler with a 7 year garranty £1650.  or
vaillant ecotec +24 with a 5 year garranty £1800.
Any thoughts please.
