Anybody know of a Bike MOT Station near Portsmouth (ideally a place that deals in Honda's) 

I need to get a test done as I get off the ferry mid afternoon on a Tuesday .. before heading North on the A34. 

I did the Google thing but without much luck.

I hadnt been on the bike for about 3 weeks and at the weekend; Sunday to be precise; I could stand no more and the garage door came open, out came a sparkling, buffed beutifully clean and oiled machine.
Two hours later I wheeled in a filthy old looking bike that rivaled Nick Saunders shabby bike look ((hose and soap this Saturday)) was I bothered NO! the wife said she could see how happy I was and she was right.
I have now got some acerbics hand gurads to put on; winter only mind; theyl be off in the spring.
Come on Santa bring me some dry and warmish..

so there i am following slow moving traffic approx 20 mph on a very rare nice dec morning and lo and behold the cage in front of me decides to empty all his screenwash bottle ,not on his windscreen but it all goes over his car roof straight into my face (cos silly me had visor up )
do these people deliberately aim the jets nowdays so its pointing over the cars roof  then wait for motorbike to travel behind them ?cos this is the second time in as many weeks this has happened to me ,going to have to selotape visor down to stop temptation of riding slowly with it up  :evil :evil :evil :evil

Hi there guys
Looking for some advice
Recently mylights  have been a little weird, switching off and on while riding, at least once per ride
But now they wont turn on at all, front back & instruments, hi & low beam.
Fuse by battery is ok, is there a relay i should check & where is it.
Ive put a multitester at a headlight connector and there is nothing.
Anyone has an idea what it could be.

I know this engine is known for its vibrations at certain points in the rev range, but is it normal for the fairing to vibrate as well? at about 3500 rpm I get a vibration in the fairing which is really annoying. Any body else experienced this?

After having my beautiful FZS600 written-off earlier in the year I have now replaced it with a FZ6 2004. I am fairly desperate to get a box on the back but need a rack. Has anyone got one for sale for sensible money (new ones are mega bucks, especially at this time of year).

I currently have a TDM900 but am thinking of going back to a Fazer 600 (I last had one in 2002).  My local dealer has one for sale as per the link below.  It is a 2007 model and looks mint at £3850.  I would welcome your thoughts and opinions on this year model; good and bad points, touring capability (I do a continental tour of about 6k miles every year), what goes wrong with it, how comfortable etc.
