Givi monokey rack was used on bike for 1 month. ( the actual rack has been modified so the top box site  about 2 inches further back which is more comfortable for the pillion.)

  Hi all from Linconlnshire
Posted by: littlejohno - 04-06-13, 06:16 PM - Forum: Introduction - Replies (11)

Well hi to you all I have recently joined the site to gain information on my purchase of a 600 fazor.
I'm on quite a few car sites and have always been a petrol head in one way or another.

Ive had a few bikes but ive had a break for a couple of years and have decided it's time to get another my last was a zx6r.

I have today done the deal on a 98 600 in black with 25,000 on the clock it needs a bit of tlc but the basics are good and im looking forward to sorting it out Smile.

I'll no doubt ask lots of questions and any advice is always appreciated.

Im from a car mechanical background so I will be doing all the work myself and
Heres the only pic I have at the moment I'm collecting it at the weekend hopefully.

  for turbo desil mechanics
Posted by: ddtwelve - 04-06-13, 10:02 AM - Forum: General - Replies (7)

Before I chuck away upwards of £1000 thought I'd pick q few brains see what my options are ,
While my car was in for a new alternator my brother noticed that the turbo intercooler had a lot of oil in it according to him it was bad ,is this a sign that the turbo seals are goin and the turbo is knqckering up or should I just have the intercooler cleaned

Cheers
David
