Well ive been meaning to adjust my brake pedal for ages as it was too high up so i was riding with my foot out all the time & it was scuffing on the road.after my crash i bent the pedal so i got another one off ebay for £8.
What a foccin nightmare, the peg allen bolt did not want to move, eventually using my good knee as a lever, & a few beers for extra strength i managed to slowly edge it out.foccin thing was in with blue thread lock .
So i pissed about for ages adjusting everything, forgot where the springs went to,eventually sorted them out, bolted everything back on & oh foc in my rage with the big bolt i'd snapped the wires off for the brake light sensor :'( , the small clips for the wire were trashed so i got some gold clips off one of my old indicators & bodged it back on but could i foc manage to feed them through the little rubber cap,it was fiddly enough without it adding to the drama, so thegood old insulation tape is on it instead.
Anyway i thought it would be a quick job which it wasnt but hey im one step closer to getting my bike back on the road plus my lever is now comfortably nice & low, i never use my back brake much anyway. 8) [smg id=1171 type=preview align=center caption="image"]

Afternoon folks, just a wee post to see who would be up for a long weekend ranting around Kinlochleven?
Ralphie, Neily and I have pencilled in a long weekend around the above dates, Neil is a Saturday night into Sunday wonder, I'm looking at Friday through to Monday morning.
The http://www.macdonaldhotel.co.uk/we stayed at last time provisionally has some four berth lodges left, although realistically three Foccers and kit would be the most I'd suggest.
It became rather "fragrant" the lat time with two of us!!
I'll give then a phone on Saturday and confirm numbers, so if you're interested stick your name down!

| How To Remove Visor Anti Fog Coating |

As per title really fellas,
Have a Caberg V2R Chrono which to be honest is shite :- too noisy and the visor leaks from the top. Will replace soon but in the meantime I need to find a way to remove the anti fog coating. This is a relatively new visor and bought to replace a badly scratched (outside) one.
The pin lock never worked so that soon got binned (had a Caberg Ego before with same pinlock/leak issues....long story, back to Caberg factory etc with no joy).
After the rain running down the inside, I had no option but to wipe clear the marks left behind. This has made it worse and looks like someone has hacked one up and spread it over the inside surface. Lost count of the number of times I've tried to clean it with a V Wipe spong & Fairy liquid - just can't shift it.
Any ideas how to clean it off so I can fit a fog city sticky insert like I've had before. Any advice much appreciated fellas :thumbup
