Hi
Im going to be staying on the west side on the Yorkshire moors soon. I was planning on zigzagging my way towards the moors, touching up on some nice roads then heading back using a different route.
Any stand out roads? or towns?
Cheers

Am I correct in saying the mirrors fir square eye and foxeye models are different? Which other models share the same model mirrors as the foxeye? 1000?
Otherwise, anyone replaced the bolt where the mirror hinges? It's not your usual nut and bolt, looks like a specialised rivet. Mines snapped.

I have bought a 02 FZS1000, During the last few weeks I have covered around 1500 enjoyable miles, I have for many years ridden more sports type bike which where obviously a more prone riding position, I am getting used to my fzs but I feel the bike turns quick slowly almost to the point of feeling lazy, I have put the suspension to standard , my question is, do I need to change my expectations or is there any other explanation, Thanks in advance.

Well for a laugh i thought i would find a private road and try to film the speedo , rev counter for accelleration but i made a few mistakes, like the string holding the tank bag in postition is waving around and i started back around a bit of a bend and the front was coming up as i leant over so had to hold the revs steady for a bit but hell thats what having a bike is about, just doing stupid fun things.
Oh and i chickened out far too early from the end of the straight.
But now i know how to film the clocks on a private road so until next time, have a look
