Anyone know a good website for custom oil lines (like the braided type for brakes)? Or maybe someone local to south east who offers this service?
cheers, bozboz

Hi, just bought myself a 2001 fzs1000. 40k on clock but fair whack just been spent on it. Still waiting for delivery, took a punt and bought it unseen. Hope everything is ok when it arrives though the feedback for the dealer is excellent and he has promised to take it back if it's not as described (I know I'm very trusting!!!).
Assuming all ok with the bike I'll be looking to get r6 shock mod and Ivan's jet kit. Regarding the later is there an easy way to check if one has already been installed, and, I don't fancy doing it myself so can anyone recommend somewhere to get it fitted (essex area)?
Thanks all
Andy

I went to test ride a new NC750 which I have been tempted by. Granted its only a twin so different from a fazer. I couldn't believe how boring it was to ride. My fazer is a 2003 and I could by the NC no problem but I must say these fazers are a cracking bike. I couldn't ride a new NC750 instead of a Fazer. Ok they might be better on fuel and newer but the fazer would leave it standing. The fazer is a much better machine.....In many ways...

I am currently doing up a fazer I bought as a project. It has been down the road. I have done most things on it. I want to replace the fork leg bottoms but what I want to know is will are they easy to do? I can remove the oil etc myself. Will I need a fork seal driver to put seals in the new fork leg or is that only if you are putting a seal in and keeping the fork leg whole?

Noticed that the K&N air filter isn't as tall as the Yamaha one - about 5mm shorter and only has a gasket for the top lip . The Yamaha one has a gasket top and bottom. is this correct .

| FZS 600 - alternator + pick-up coil, ECU, HT coils, rectifier for sell |

Hi,
I've got few parts for sell:
- alternator + pick-up coil,
- HT coils with leads and spark caps (spark caps may need replacement, however they were on bike and runned fine),
- rectifier,
- ECU
I've had problem with stutters and was blindly replacing all parts, however noone of above was cause of my stutters (still issuing same problem)
All parts except the ECU comes from my FZS 600. (I did not put my old parts back, since news ones works fine, it would be just unnecessary effort).
Prices on PM, prefer pick-it-up in person, but shipping possible.
Thanks
