Looking for something sub £100 as a lid for daughter that goes out two or three times a year.
I know all the arguments of getting what you pay for and the value of your head etc etc but wonder about something like HJC CS14 at around £75....not sure about ratchet fasteners..always liked double d straps.
Any thoughts guys?

I take it no one else from here went to Peterborough this weekend, as I only saw one other Fazer! Plenty of Bandits though. Even quite a few customs seemed to have bandit engines - not sure why they are so popular. Anyway, in the absence of anything remotely Fazer-like my vote for best in show went to this:

Hey all, seeking some advice for my 02 foxeye, I have an issue with my left hand, the fazer clutch is light enough for me I just wish I could adjust the lever closer to the bar,ive read about possibly using a zx9 clutch lever and perch, is this correct & if so what year/model of zx9, this would make my life so much easier, thanks in advance

  Blowing silencer
Posted by: Bizbauer - 18-05-14, 06:10 PM - Forum: FZS600 Fazer - Replies (7)

Hi all,

I've just changed my header gaskets on my 2002 Foxeye as they were shot (easy job - soaked nuts in plusgas for a few days), and while giving the system a wee check over I noticed the gap between the front of the silencer and the black link pipe section was blowing - is this normal as I've never experienced it on any previous bike and my basic mechanical logic tells me that all the exhaust waste should exit out the back!?
I'm kinda hoping it means the original can is duff so will help me justify a shiny new end can!
Any input appreciated!

Went to Wembley to see Arsenal win the cup and much beer was consumed.
Today took the MT-09 out for it's first blast in glorious sunshine and shortly off to help a friend celebrate a birthday.
Nice!
