Could anyone do me a big favour and post a picture of the position of the tip sensor and relays under the seat? I'm sorting out my new bike and someone's been in and just either wedged everything in or left it loose.
I've had a good search through the web and can't find a pic. The workshop manual doesn't seem to give detais of where everything goes.
The tip sensor is just loose under the back seat...
Thanks.

Any Fzs1000 gen 1 riders with a temperature gauge fitted. Riding my bike in 17°C the other day and the temp indicated about 68°. As the outside temperature increased the coolant temp increased to about a steady 80°. I thought maybe the thermostat was stuck open but I've taken it out and tested it and it's working correctly.
On my Blackbird once warmed up the temp is a steady 79° to 83° whatever the air temperature.
Is this normal for the Fazer?

Picked-up a late-model gen2 yesterday and in the process of going through it. I had a good read through but did anyone find a printed manual, haynes or otherwise?
I like a paper manual, find them more practical in a garage with oily hands.

Noisy fork springs |

Hi peeps.
Anyone having noisy forks after a full strip & rebuild, all K-tech parts used, so should be ok for a good few miles.
Top bushes were a proper mare to fit, had to re-gap em to get em in.
Issue I'm having now is scraping noise on compression of forks, springs rubbing inside of stanchions.
Does anyone know of any stepped top hat bushes available to replace the washers on spring tops, this would keep the spring central & eliminate metal to metal contact of spring & stanchion.
