Presume this is related to sensor in tank
When first starting fuel gauge goes to max
After riding stays at highest level until heavy braking then drops to correct level
Do I need a new sensor in the tank
Cheers g

Off to the tip at the weekend - just checking that the old shock of the Gen 2 can't be rebuilt? The spring on it is grey/silver while the 2nd hand replacement I put on the bike about 2 years ago is yellow and a bit harder.
Looking in manual I didn't see any spring rate/color charts - any ideas?
Many thanks

Meant to be reasonable day tomorrow, so thought I would take the big bike! Alas a flat battery has put a stop to that. My Aldi charger won't even try to start to charge it as its so low, 1.5 volts. It has sat for about 3 months and is possibly the original battery.
Can I jump start the bike from the car or is there too many amps for the bike system?
The alternative I guess is too bump start it, but Im not to sure how to do that, can someone give me a step by step guide? :o
Cheers
Nick

As from December 31st, there will be a minimum kerb weight and increase in power for bikes used to gain a full category A motorcycle license. The weight minimum will be 180 kilos and the power output raised from 40 to 50kw (67.1 bhp).
This will rule out the eligibility of a lot of bikes currently used by riding schools.
