I think its great news that Danny Kent has been offered Leon Camiers MV Agusta for BSB,its already turning into one of the most competitive seasons,and once he gets the hang of things I think he will do well,you don't get a Moto 3 world title handed on a plate do you? always rated him me, just got a bit mixed up with pressure and management I think.

I accidentally bought two throttle cable sets for me Fazer 600...u can have a set for £15 inc. postage...
They are from Germany...marked HIGH TECH STEEL ROPE CABLE......MADE IN EU.

For a 2004 FZS 1000.  Part no.  5LV-2470F-00.  Believe it or not some years do have different part numbers.

Has anyone had any experience of swapping the standard seats out for touring versions.


After a couple of hours riding on Saturday and again on Monday my butt had had enough. I used to have an XJR and I swapped the seat on that with great results.
Can anyone recommend an alternative seat or a decent upholsterer?

Just bought an FZ1 as a sports tourer. Got pannier and a top box on it and did 250 miles of the weekend. I ride a Harley with ape hangers and short pipes usually so the Fazer is quite a change.
Have to say I'm impressed with it so far.

Hello guys!!!!

I'm pretty new here and I've recently bought a Fazer. I'm really keen to take the front fairing off and put duel round headlight in the front and possibly change the speedo as it is a bit too big and bulky for me. I would like to know if other people have done this and how easy they found it? I have next to no experience with electronics but I've stumbled across a wiring diagram I think I can understand.

What speedo's and headlights have people changed to and how much work was it?

Hey guys , just replaced my head bearings with nice new tapered kit , all good , but during installation I've misplaced the locking tab washer for the 2 nuts on the top of the stem :/ searched for 2 days and still can't find it ,
Been looking online but cant find one for sale anywhere , can any of you point me in the right direction ?
