Well 2 and 3 are badly corded at the nut, i've already snapped one nut off so i left the other 4.
The snapped nut the shaft still remains.
When i took it to a garage he advised its an engine out job? Hopefully the other 3 will come out ok

Its time for a change of car as this bugger of mine is too thirsty and the tax is too high :o I want a good sized saloon or hatchback and have narrowed it down to two. I quite fancy a passat or mondeo (don't laugh) diesel around 57 or 08 reg. I have sat in both last weekend and am stuck on various things. I have heard horror story's about both of these cars concerning turbo's and the dreaded dual mass flywheel. On the other hand i have read about owners with over 150,000 miles and no problems at all. There are plenty out there with not too bad mileage (between 70 and 90k) full service history etc..What do you lot think? The mondeo would be more practical but the passat just felt like a really nice place to be. The wife wants to go looking for a 1.6 focus estate but i am fighting hard to change her mind :kiss . Any good or bad experiences on either of these would be welcome. No more french shyte for me!

Was driving to work this morn through a 30mph zone as i do nearly every day, crossed a small roundabout....the car in a instance turned side ways, then caught grip, then fish tailed, then was o.k :eek
Looked in my mirror to see a Yaris on the roundabout also slipping round like Bambi on ice. It felt like i was on a huge sheet of ice, the only time I've had a car move like that before is in snow.
Theres no way it was ice so must have been a diesel spill. Got to work and went straight to the high Ways dept and reported it.
If i had of been on my bike theres no way i would of stayed rubber side up. Just goes to show that riding a bike is a bit of a lottery.

:pc Hi, my name is Etienne. Brought a fazer 400 for the missus but she hasn't bonded with it and I was going to sell it till I borrowed it. It's a great bike(in excellant condition-2000kms!) and complements my garage, Bob Farnham tuned TDR125 owned from new and 1986 FJ1200 1TX(low miles brought from Doc who runs owners club, presently for sale at right price to fund new toy!). By the way, are they restricted in any way? Thanks
