just wanted to know if there is a legal limit to how wide you can have your luggage panniers?
i know general rule is about the same as your mirrors but i have the missus on the back and cant use the seat so have to go out a little wider?
The weight of it all is fine just need to know im not going to get pulled or told off etc?
i'll add pictures in a second post as they wont add properly :\

Have they even given the recent changes chance to effect the stats?
http://www.motorcyclenews.com/MCN/News/n...nce-rules/
Wouldn't mind so much if they did the same for cars....poorly trained but "qualified" cagers....fewer SMIDSYs....attack on bikers....tax on young drivers....car test needs "propper" maneuvers test like bikes....blah blah blah.... :groan

i have a yamaha fazer fzs600 2003,foxeye model, if i want to use a rear paddock stand,do i have to use the mounts that go under swing arm ? i would much rather use bobbins, but there is no hole in swing arm to acept these, can the swing arm be safely drilled and tapped, or spindle drilled and tapped, cheers for any sugestions, Roy.
