  Multi bike insurance policy
Posted by: Fazerjon - 31-01-12, 08:33 PM - Forum: FZS600 Fazer - Replies (13)

Years ago I used to have multi bike policies, i think it was with Bennetts. Can anyone recommend a broker who still does multi bike policies? I'm paying out for three separate policies now, and its starting to get expensive, as I can only ride one at a time!!  :eek

  Bar end weights
Posted by: cherokee - 31-01-12, 08:15 PM - Forum: FZS600 Fazer - Replies (10)

Hi all.I'm new to this forum so please bear with me. Anyone know how to get the bar end weights off? I've tried pushing, pulling and even a heat gun on what looks like glue inside. Only thing this did was to melt the end of the throttle rubber (OOPS). Any thoughts? Thanks.

Dob End In A Van [Shock]
Posted by: dweezel - 31-01-12, 08:13 PM - Forum: General - Replies (18)

I had a dobber in a van (not surprising I know) ride my cage bumper on the way home tonight. Turned into an opportunity for me to wind him right up since we were in 30 zones with islands and no overtaking opportunities. I slowed to 20 mph as he was not maintaining a safe stopping distance until we entered a dual carriageway. He belted past me in a pure rage as I pulled into the left hand lane. It was fun to watch the anchor fire out the window as he spotted the speed camera :evil :lol  (Not smart or clever, but funny).

Wanted: fairing stay bracket for 2000 yamaha FZS
Posted by: FuzzyDunlop - 31-01-12, 04:46 PM - Forum: For Sale & Wanted - No Replies

Some idiot (on his phone!) pulled out in front of me this morning :eek , and I now have a fairing that's tilting by about 10%. The fairing itself is fine but the problem is with the stay brackets which are slightly bent.

Does anyone have of know where I can pick up a cheap one? Used is fine.

Thanks.
