Hi all, got an 02 Fazer in November and have enjoyed the few miles that the weathers' allowed me to ride. Despite the age has got less than 12000 verified miles on it so looking forward to this being a good value buy!
Hi
Ive decided Id really rather have a twin so my Fazer is up for grabs
02 gen 1 in excellent condition or could maybe be described as even better than excellent
42000 miles complete with huge topbox and rack
6 months tax and 7 months mot needs absolutely nothing runs and looks superb
Price reflects miles £1750 or swap your bike ( classic or project bikes considered to give me something to do this winter )

Hi guys, planning a trip to Germany next year on the trusty thou. I have just fitted a top box or my clothes etc. but i wanted a small bag up front for passport, wallet and tunnel tickets saving me the hassle of going through jacket pockets.. The Oxford X2 looks as though it would fit the bill but wanted to get peoples thoughts and ideas before spending £40 on a bag.. http://www.oxprod.com/index.php?pg=3&act...pid=546&p=
If you do have one a picture of it on a Gen1 would be very much appreceated.
I have drained the coolant and im about to put new coolant in do i need to do anything like leave the cap off while the engine is running to get a good air tight vacuum going?
I have noticed the water resevoir has a cap too? should i leave that open?
There was an ambulance coming so I waited. 4x4 woman coming the other way pulled onto the roundabout in front of the ambulance, then stopped? He put his siren on and she, now totally confused, drove onto the grass in the middle to let him pass????????????????????
SECOND ROUNDABOUT
Here we go again. A Merc. had managed to drive straight through, over a road sign and into a garden taking out a golf on the way. Finished halfway up the fence with the nose in the air?
Fitted these today to the winter hack i have oxford on me other bike so thought id give these a go as half the price and ride recommended
fitting was a doddle and all the connecter are well made and sturdy enough - the left grip was a bit tight and took bit of grunting to get on
instructions were poor at best but all was to simple as onle one plug fitted one socket
i mounted the controller on the inner panel altough a bar mount is in the kit
now the rub -- they get warm but noware near as good as me oxford ones i surpose 1/2 the price 1/2 the heat well seems that way and that was with bare hands on grips so next week will be the test with gloves on ill update after a weeks use
