| Vibration when slowing down |

Hi all, I've just returned from a trip to France on my 1999 FZS600, and it performed faultlessly over 800 miles of great riding. It didn't even use a drop of oil!
The only problem if any is this:
Following new tyres being fitted before I went I felt the bars were slightly off straight so I adjusted the rear alignment accordingly, all great! I only rode it 8 miles from my mates house back home and checked the chain, and it was too tight following our alignment altering. I re did it all and it was fine.
BUT: I've noticed that when slowing down, especially at lower revs with no throttle, I seem to get some vibration through the bike. It also seems to vibrate at around 70mph but clears at 75 to 80 which I think it may have always done though.
Has anyone got any ideas on this? The chain is well lubed and seems free enough on the links, and I've checked the sprocket nuts for tightness too.
Just a note too: all of you check your throttle position sensor! It's easy to do and made a vast difference to low speed riding and low down acceleration.
Many thanks!

• A police officer pulled over two nuns riding on a motorcycle, and said to the rider, 'Ma'am, you're driving much too slowly, could you please drive faster?"
• And the nun says, 'Oh, I saw the sign with the "21" and assumed the speed limit was 21 km/h"
• The officer explains: 'No ma'am, the speed limit is 80. The highway number is Interstate 21."
• Then the police officer look at the passenger and see the other nun shaking like a leaf.
• "Excuse me sister, but what's wrong with your passenger?"
• "Oh, that's probably because we just got off Highway 205."

The football season is starting up again in a few weeks so I'll get the ball rolling and start this year's league :lol The idea is to pick 15 players within a maximum budget of 100 million. The players get awarded points each week depending on how well they do and the person with the most points at the end of the season is the winner and gets a BRAND NEW FAZER! (if they buy it themselves) :lol
Everyone is welcome to join and it doesn't cost anything. If you're not a big football fan you can still join in with an auto-pick team to get you going. If you were in last year's league you just log into your account from last year and rejoin the league.
If you're joining for the first time then the website is http://fantasy.premierleague.com
and the League code for this year is 278076-73735

Todays bike ride ended up with some absolutely disgusting behaviour which I saw on the beach. I was on the seafront and saw a man and a woman having an almighty argument in front of loads of kids, suddenly the woman smacked the guy in the head and it all kicked off. There was a massive brawl and someone called the police. This poor copper turned up on his own and took his baton to the man, the guy managed to snatch it off him and began assaulting the copper AND his wife! Then out of nowhere a crocodile crept up and stole all the sausages!!.......... :lol :lol

Ok, so Ive got a Mk1.5 FZS600 Fazer, Y Reg, 2001.
The bike rarely starts off the button now. If it's cold or very hot Temperature wise like this week or our winter, it wont start on the button, if it's mild-ish, then its a 50 - 50 chance. I've fitted a 2nd hand switch gear and relay that I bought off Matty some time back when he broke his bike, and they havn't worked. The bike is also fitted with a datatool system 3 alarm. After changing the switch and relay I thought it might be the alarm, but Ive somehow talked myself out of that. Any idea's would be a great help, or even how I can check my relays and stuff.
To get around this problem, and so I dont have to bumpstart it all the time, I've fitted a momentary switch under the seat, but obviously that Isnt ideal.
Thank you in advance

Which would probably be the better to fit to my fzs 600 in terms of protection? Would also be worth noting that I'm planning on taking her out on track for a day or two, and to be honest that's the main reason I'm thinking of getting them! Don't really want to tempt fate and not have them :rolleyes
And what brand is best? Went on ebay and searched for bars and there were at least 4 makes that I could tell of, crash bungs I imagine there'll be even more!
