Hey all.
I've recently bunged a set of Ferodo HH sintered pads into the front of my FZS.
Problem is, the brakes now feel horrible. Really snatchy and rough.
Is this normal for sintered pads? If not, looks like the discs might be warping.
Guy I bought the bike off said they were new last year, so hopefully not. But then he lied about other things too. There was no gold stashed in the fusebox....

Just thought I would change the oil on my front forks, one leg at a time. Bike has 25,000 miles so due really and weather forecast rain, and GP on the box.
No probs getting the fork (in) leg off, but while working the fork (in) tube slowly back and forth to drain all excess oil,, I let it go in a tad too much and click,, fork (in) tube locked. And the damper rod bolt although loose, will not come out, it feels like the threads are either stripped or turning the entire damper rod in the tube. Any help would be appreciated. :'(

Hi all! After taking the head off and replacing the downpipes for stainless, and replacing the carb rubbers, I now seem to have a 'flat spot' around 6k. When hitting 6k with the throttle open fully it seems to bog down and refuse to get through the 6/7k mark (seems fine in 1st, 2nd, 3rd though) yet when using about 3/4 throttle it goes past no issue.
Any ideas?
