  if you still feel the need to preload the springs an easy way is just put a 10mm+ spacer on top[ easy made from washers / an old socket ] . and the oil change is the best way to adjust the damping best start with the std amount then add 5ml / 10 ml  max at a time extra and go for a run to much will lock the front up then blow the seals   :thumbdown [color=rgb(192, 96, 2)][/color]
