  Upgrade to fuel injection
Posted by: Vatnehol - 02-05-18, 06:00 PM - Forum: Fazer 1000/FZ1 corner - Replies (25)

Hi,
I want to upgrade to fuel injection on my FZS1000 2002.
I once read on the internet that the early R1 with fuel injection engine parts will fit the fzs engine.  I need at least throttle bodies and pickup and the rest i can fabricate i believe.
Can anybody confirm this ?

And if you have parts for sale i'm interested ! Smile

  carb diaphragm screws
Posted by: celticdog - 01-05-18, 02:17 PM - Forum: FZS600 Fazer - Replies (15)

Hi Gents has anyone had any luck removing the black plastic vac chamber covers to access the diaphragms? Carb no 2 isn't sliding as well as I'd like, as usual they're the typical Yamaha cross-head screws made of cheese.
