Hi all,
Just bought a 2003 Foxeye 600 after being a sworn single rider - last  bike a SR400 :-)  Goodness it's different!!  Great forum - I'm enjoying the crack and the info is good as well.  Getting to work is fun now - 35 mile commute, half on dual carriageway, half on Northumberland's finest roads.

Damaged to my crash helmet by another employee: what are my options?
Posted by: b1k3rdude - 30-05-12, 06:32 PM - Forum: General - Replies (29)

Walking through rear reception this morning and some stupid bint opens the door into my crash helmet, her excuse  "sorry, I didn't see you", I replied "what, through a transparent glass door?"

This is the 2nd time in 6 months and I'm not letting this one slide, where does the law stand on such matters? as I fully expect the company (like the last one) to deny any responsibility on the matter.

1. as it happened on company property are the company liable? if so what legal speak can I quote them to capitulate?
2. or will I have to take the woman to opened the door unto my crash helmet to small claims court..?

  Good roads in South Oxfordshire.
Posted by: byker_groves - 30-05-12, 03:29 AM - Forum: Events, Meets, Ride outs etc - Replies (7)

Hi everyone,
I'm not sure if this is the best place for this post but i'm currently working in South Oxfordshire in the Wallingford/Didcot/Abingdon area and i'm struggling to find any good roads that aren't either always traffic heavy or dotted with lots of 40/50mph zones every other mile or narrrow little roads with loose surfaces and high hedgerows meaning i don't dare push hard.
just wandering if anybody could point me in the right direction
thanks a lot, look forward to trying your suggestions

  Headlight mods
Posted by: Skinbeatersam - 29-05-12, 11:13 PM - Forum: FZS600 Fazer - Replies (7)

Alright dudes.

I am thinking of mod'ing my headlights on me 2000 5DM Fazer, to make them, basically work.

I had a look at Angel Eyes, and also some extra fogs I can put on the side.

Is there anything I need to know?? Such as battery boosting, any particular products that will help make the battery perform well or any brand of road legal headlights, that are good, which won't kill the battery . . . .

Advice basically please would do me greatly.

I am gonna be getting the right bulbs though as talked about in Hot Poop . . . ..
