Spotted a blue gen1 fazer in blue with matching helmet, all loaded up in the rain on the A1. Presumably heading for the farmyard rally.

Certainly dedicated to be riding down there in heavy rain to spend the weekend in a soggy tent getting rained on a bit more. The alcohol will help though!

hi guys(and girls)im new to this club and am looking for a nice fazer 600(early model)i know the original exhaust is prone to rust/rot but what else is it best to look out for on these bikes other than standard wear items(chains,disx/pads,tyres etc)any help will be great,cheers mark.

Does anyone know if you can get diecast models of the fazer?

hi foccers, im heading to assen this sept through belgium/holland (getting the eurotunnel). any suggestions on routes to take that are interesting and dont involve too many motorway miles? ta!

Bought this with the intention of cutting it down to fit my gen 1 :rolleyes  but after spending hours making  cardboard templates just can't bring myself to make that first cut :\  So if anyone wants it for £75+£5 postage, it's your's.  It's lightly tinted with a yamaha logo at the bottom, complete with edge trim and pads that prevent it marking the top of the fairing. Never fitted so as new condition.

why the foc do they make it soooo difficult to get apart.
eventually got the 4 security bolts out with slotted 4mm allen key, still no joy. what look like moulding marks are, in fact, screw covers for a size of torx bit unknown to mankind. had to grind down an allen key to a flat and beat it that way!

My mates thinking of selling on his 02 fzs600s and getting a CBR600F.  Just wondering has anyone here had a CBR600F or still have one, and if so how do the 2 bikes measure up?

Im happy enough with my Fazer at the moment, its my first bike and im very pleased with it!   

The Fazer arrived today! And since then, it's absolutely pi$$ed down with thunder and lightning  :'(
