I have just fitted a pair of used discs on my bike, after fitting the right disc was touching the calliper and the left was perfectly central which was weird, in the end I had to space my right calliper inwards to fix the problem, the discs were fitted in the same way as they came off. Any ideas as to why this happened?

Had a wee run oot at the weekend with another fazer owner. Balfron, Perth, Pitlochry, Braemar, Tomintoul, Granton on Spey then 20 miles up the A9 to Inverness. Turned into a petrol station in Inverness and the bike cut out and wouldn't go again. No bump starting it no light, Kaput! A good guy stopped with jump leads which managed to start it but as soon as they were disconnected it cut out. Rac was called and said the alternator was ok but the battery was maybe goosed. Halfords across the road amazingly had a bosch agm battery for the bike for the princely sum of £55 which was a lot more desirable than the prospect of a 220 mile drive home in an RAC lorry. Battery in and bob's yer uncle. Amazing weather on the way there, on the way back went via Loch Ness, Glencoe, Aberfoyle ( the Dukes Pass) and home. The dukes pass scrubbed what was left of my chicken strips and even gave me a wee scare on the hero blobs.
425 miles in 12 hours some of the best scenery in the world and the best roads in the world. New bridgestone bt23's with a mere 80 miles on them a breakdown, a fix, and a day to remember.. Thank god the sun hardly ever shines here, if it did it it would be too busy....

So,
I went to Berlin with 8 other mates for a stag do this weekend and all I can say is 'amazing'
What a fantastic city, with very friendly people, not many English there (which was nice tbh!)
Prices were similar/ slightly cheaper to England for food and drinks,
And the women- holy moly cow, stunning, just absolutely stunning women
If you have an opportunity then go there, you will not be disappointed!

I have search's but have not find the answer
What other bikes brake disc will fit my -02.
I think I need to replace at least one of my disc and in Sweden there is not allot of parts to Fazer 1000 and they are expensive .
I have read that TDM, R1,FZS 600 and FJR have same discs but I am not sure I can trust the information.

I've owned this bike since 2009, but unfortunately second child has made me think twice about biking. It's been off the road for about a year and a half, but had MOT last July and I'd be willing to do a new one before sale. (Bike unchanged since last time so it should pass without any problems.) Some info: 24000 miles. 2003/03. Silver. Good condition, Partial Service History, 2 owners, No tax. Datatag. Silver, Cosmetic crack in fairing hence low price. No other damage to the bike. Black paint on engine a bit patchy. Michelin Pilot Road 2 tyres in good condition. Battery 10 months old. New chain. Used mainly for commuting. Garaged.
Looking for £1800.
I'm in Preston, Lancashire. The bike is currently on the MCN website with my phone number and pictures. I'll try to add some here when I get home this evening.
