Fazer gen 1 float needle seat o ring

is there anywhere in the uk or Europe where I can just buy the float needle seat o ring want to change them without buying a full kit if any body has brought them plz advise me where I can buy them thanks

Have you had a look online for an oring kit -

Bear in mind you will need to check the rubber used is impervious to petrol.

Measure the inside diameter, and the cross section, then look on e bay for that size “o” ring. You may have to buy 10, that’s more than you need but far cheaper than carb kits. Look out for ethanol resistant material.


I have done it this way on a cbr600 and a bandit 1200 pilot jets in the past.

In the exploded diagram it’s part of pic 18 I’ve got o rings but need the o ring that’s suitable for petrol not water

So quick update after doing some research which o rings can be use with petrol found them on eBay same as the ones that are listed on pats ivans kit  Installation Site
The one on his site r in USA and they won’t ship to uk but I’ve matched them on eBay if any body needs them they r 1.5mm cross section x 7.5mm inner diameter 10.5 mm outer diameter pack 100 £6.41
