Starter rely, would be a good place to start.

Half my post got deleted Arrrrr  :rolleyes

If it's clicking, check the side stand and clutch switches, if no joy with any of that come back.

BBrown has now mentioned some of the above  Wink

No lights at all or not turning over?

If no lights at all then it has to be the battery (have you tested it with a meter to check 12v?) or the main fuse.

If you have the neutral light, press the starter button and the dash lights up like a Christmas tree, then check the kill switch is on. If the dash doesnt light up like its Christmas, pull in the clutch lever and put the side stand up before hitting th estart button again.

It's the starter rely not the motor you need to check.  What have you done to the bike since you last used it, or was it fine last it was used?

You say the battery is fully charged, have you checked the voltage?

If your getting no lights, it wont be the starter motor or solenoid normally. Start by checking the basics. Battery was removed to remove the carbs. Did you put it back in the right way round? IS it really charged? Are the connections on properly? Have you dislodged the fuse?

ive got a wierd feeling no power is going up to the front at all - there will always be power going to the starter relay as one post is connected to the battery - i would be looking at all the connectors first and giving them a clean
