Where are they cracking at?

Maybe just go easier on them when tightening them if it's cracking around the bolt holes, or you can use a little rubber washer on either side to protect the plastic from the bolt.

It wouldn't be fun if it was easy, I just wish it wasn't this much fun.

Did some yesterday on a plastic spatula in the kitchen! Never tried the copper pins in it though. It's never going to be the neatest finish but ok for hidden repairs on the bike.
As stated above....Try rubber pad beneath the fairing infill panel to reduce future cracking.

Hi,

Could this maybe help? I used it to stick my helmet camera mount to my helmet.

I did my infils like that. No metal pins though, I think that I just over thinking it.  Both mine were in about 6 separate pieces when I got the bike (cat c write off). Soldered them up, sanded the top sides where needed. I did use a bit of bumper filler, then just blew some pound shop Matt black over parts. Look like new, been on for the late 50k miles no problem
