vibration @6k since engine was put back in.

Morning all.
Had a nice ride down to Whitby & Skegness yesterday but vibrations caused problems.
Found that riding with revs at roughly 6k my fingers & thumb were going numb!
I know I'll be told not to ride at 6k revs  :rolleyes
Anyway I had the engine out over the winter (dredded snapped header bolts & eng repaint)
Also put now chain & sprockets on at same time  & ever since there's been a vibrations.
What I'd like to know, is there a specific sequence to bolting the end back in ?

Cheers in advance for any sane replies.

It sounds like you've turned your "faulty" Fazer into a perfectly normal one.  The 6k buzz is normal for the FZS600  Smile  Sometimes mine is worse than others, sometimes it's not there at all and sometimes, like you, my fingers go numb.

Balancing the carbs can help, have you done that since putting the engine back in?
Money doesn't buy happiness, but it buys beer, and that helps!

No I haven't re balance the carbs.
I'll take her out for a wee run sometime this week if I have time after work & get them ballanced.
Cheers fella.
