FZS1000, is it the same as the gear lever, on splines? It's sitting way too low and I can hardly operate the thing.

Bend you leg you bloody cripple :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol
On our gen 2s there is a adjuster, bolt to extend, retract on the back of the peg pivot,,unless that's just on my giles rearsets ,Just looked at a picture of easytests bike on "what did you do to your bike today" dated 19th june and it looks like on the rear of the brake pedal is a rising adjuster rod, like the gearshifter ,should be easy,,you may too have to adjust the rear brake light switch to match

How on earth do I get to the bottom nut on the ad(f)uster?
![]() Can't get spanners or sockets in there, even if I removed the pin and pedal. I have tried loosening the top nut, depressing the pedal slightly so the bracket isn't resting under spring pressure on the bottom nut, and the nut is more than finger tight still (thread must be gunged up a bit). The length of thread below the nut prevents me from even getting some long nose pliers on the nut from below if I remove the pedal pin. Puzzled :\ (Bet I'm missing something really obvious :rolleyes)
