seized lower leg adjusters how to fix
#1
this is my way works for me there may be other ways

if the adjuster is solid as this welsh won was after a winters riding DONT force it

do as this picture

any bit hose will do fill with penatrating fluid and leave 24 48 hours
then gently see if any movment make sure screwdriver is correct for slot or you will foc it

work back and forward gently if still rock solid leave bit longer and repeat

last resort

the ring around the adjuster is ally gently heat with paint stripper you will no when hot enough as fluid will fizz up whilst hot spray pen fliud and leave to cool

I had a gen 1 that had seized adjusters and tried soaking in silkopen, also using heat spray and freezing spray. i soaked them for days and even used my blow torch and couldn't get them to budge. I gave up and gave them to a bike shop. They gave them back saying they were freed off, but what they actually did was free off the aluminium housing so everything rotated Sad
If it's broken, it's not fixed.

I used a similar set up to Luke, but used diesel, worked a treat, but took about a week of heating, cooling, twisting. Bike had spent 2 years out in all weather and in everyday use in all weather around London/M25. Make sure the screwdriver is a good fit and as Luke said do not force it.

Had the same issue with one of previous thou's a few years ago, I just squirted Fuchs graphite penetrating fluid (sourced from local ktm dealer) into/on them before and after each ride for a 5 days then on Saturday they moved retentively easily with a wide flat blade screwdriver.
