Have you tried a bit of 3in1 oil and a squirt of WD40 between the servo and the pulley wheel? I had this problem a few years ago and it's been right as rain ever since.
Some say that he eats habanero chilli peppers dipped in oil of capsaicin for extra bite and that his pyjamas are made from Nomex. All we know is, he's called Ad the Bad

Yes, it happened a few weeks ago and sprayed and seemed to work, now it's happening again so heavily sprayed AC90 on it....shouldn't happen though.

In Ireland Vat and duty is on the price of the items and they are selling for less than 10 sterling. Smile
when I bought mine I got a perfect set of cables with it, unfortunately I had already purchased a set from Wemoto. :'(
At least now I have a OEM spare set in good condition. :lol

Grand, did you use ACF50? and not the inferior WD40. And while your at it you should give the exup valve a service and replace the 3x M6x5 (that hold the chrome cover on) and the 3x M6x15(or 10) that holdthe exup plate on with Stainless steel or better Titanium.

I took my servo off and used pliers to turn the pulley back and forth. Plenty of 3 in 1 and not had a problem for over a year.
