As you are riding, or with bike on centre stand?

If on centre stand, normal, don't panic.  Smile

If riding - chain tension?

Check all the links on the chain, if there are any tight links they make a clunking noise as it goes round the small front sprocket and you can usually feel it jumping through the foot rests as you ride.

No weight on rear wheel when on centre stand, it's the momentum of the wheel trying to overtake the chain causing the jumpy effect.
Totally normal.

Don't stop it by over tightening the chain, or you'll really have problems.

They all jump on the centre stand. Only adjust it if it's out of spec and follow the service manual instructions in the download section. What work did you have done in the rebuild? Seems like not too many people rebuild fazer engines. I can't remember seeing threads on here anyway.
