if you have a nice big fat spark at the plugs i would start looking at the carbs

no 4 plug is still like new no change of colour when i pull the lead off with it running nothing happens and no 3 only a very slight drop in rpm 1& 2 leads off seperatly and the rpm drops right down to engine nearly cutting out so 3 not working fully and 4 pot nothing at all plug still stays like new done a compession check and all 120

Drain carbs, maybe you've water in the float bowls?,i've had this on bikes before.
Worth a try.

If you've a spark and compression that only leaves fuel as the problem. Either the level or possibly a blocked jet. Are you using choke? Does the cylinder chime in at higher revs or when warm? (Might help pinpoint a cause to the choke or pilot).

its like it hot or cold ive taken the carbs off stripped em down cleaned the jets found no think still doing me head in

Are you sure the spark leads are connected in the right order? Just wondering if 3 and 4 are swapped.
