When I turn the handlebars my front suspension makes a creaking noise that seems to be getting worse, anyone come across it before? Lack of lube?

Well, it's definitely due for a service - hopefully that's all the problem is... Thx!

this could be something as simple as a part of the loom or a control cable sheath rubbing against one of the leg tops. some simple further investigations with a piece of cloth slipped in each of the touching areas in turn might well reveal a culprit...?
is it clean enough?

Update - turns out it was the front brake - right pad was worn right down, didn't even notice a problem braking :-)
Expensive service though - £250, think I also need to re-lube the exup as it doesn't look like he touched it... 3 hours labour...

Pffft, I know bugger all about engines, and I have massive hands that are shit at getting into tight spaces. I'd rather leave that up to someone who has the space, time and knowledge to not stuff it up.
Although saying that he probably just replaced the oil and filter, brake pad, checked the plugs and adjusted the chain and lubed everything up... I don't know what else he may have checked.
