Had a weird one at the weekend. Rolling up to a roundabout at maybe 30 I opened my visor half an inch - half a second later a fly went into my left eye and I made an effeminate noise - I had to stop anyway so opened my lid and rubbed my eye with a gloves hand. The pain went and I could see so off I went. Two days later I was in the shower and noticed my eye was stinging , rubbed it and a very gunked up fly came out eughhhh

Blech! I could have done without that just before lunch!

That leg looks like they laid eggs in there, not just had a nibble! Horrible bloody things.

Got bit by a clegg up near Stirling once...

I thought to my self, just before the incident, oh my! what a large strange looking flying type thing that's landed on my arm. Then BAM! it was like a f-ing rottweiler!

Definately the Scottish ones are worse than English- they ate us alive when we were up there last- we were filling up with fuel with our visors down and sweating buckets  :b
